Indiewave

For this project, the goal was to create a modular design system for three different platforms: Apple TV, iOS, and CarPlay. Using this system, I designed a fictional app called IndieWave, a platform that hosts indie game soundtracks for game developers to publish and share.

The visual style uses a dark color palette combined with retro-inspired typography to create a distinct identity that feels less corporate when compared to mainstream music platforms like Spotify. The interface highlights album artwork as a central element, showcasing how game soundtracks would appear within the app.

The artwork used in the mockups includes Ultrakill pieces created by Francis Xie and Psychopomp pieces created by Karbonic, serving as visual examples for the soundtrack listings. All designs were created using Figma.
